Description of problem:
gcc-epel is version 8.5.0-21.el8 while in the main repos gcc is 8.5.0-22.el8. 
Due to the difference in version numbers, I can't install gcc-gnat because it conflicts with gcc

We need gcc-gnat to compile GHDL for research work
