All the deployed application has protected status set to false as attached screenshot [1], and which result to raise a alert WorkloadUnprotected

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy MDR
2. Deploy an application
3. Apply DRPC
4. Verify the DRPC output 


Actual results:
All the deployed application has protected status set to false and see the alert WorkloadUnprotected


Expected results:
Protected status should be set to true if there are no errors and alert shouldn't be seen

We have observed this issue on IBM Power platform as well.
