thunderbird-wayland wasn't built in thunderbird-115.11.0-1.fc40 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2451757 thunderbird-wayland remained installed after upgrading to thunderbird-115.11.0-1.fc40 from koji.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot a Fedora 40 KDE Plasma installation with thunderbird-wayland installed
2. Log in to Plasma
3. Start Konsole
4. Upgrade to thunderbird-115.11.0-1.fc40. I did this with
sudo dnf upgrade https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/thunderbird/115.11.0/1.fc40/x86_64/thunderbird-115.1
1.0-1.fc40.x86_64.rpm https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/thunderbird/115.11.0/1.fc40/x86_64/thunderbird-librnp-
rnp-115.11.0-1.fc40.x86_64.rpm
Actual Results:  
thunderbird-wayland wasn't built in thunderbird-115.11.0-1.fc40, and thunderbird-wayland remained installed after upgrading to it

Expected Results:  
If thunderbird-wayland was intentionally dropped, then thunderbird-wayland might need to be obsoleted with a versioned Obsoletes to remove it. If thunderbird-wayland wasn't built by accident, thunderbird might need to be rebuilt with thunderbird-wayland.


A similar problem happened when firefox-wayland and firefox-x11 were no longer built https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2260582

thunderbird-wayland was intentionally dropped, will add an Obsoletes for the next round.
