The following directory is missing in RPM database:
/usr/lib/python3.12/site-packages/google/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/lib/python3.12/site-packages/google/
file /usr/lib/python3.12/site-packages/google is not owned by any package

Actual Results:  
not owned by any package


Expected Results:  
python3-google-auth-2.29.0-1.fc40.noarch

In spec file line 57 please add:
%dir %{python3_sitelib}/google/
