1.Deploy OCP4.16 on BareMetal
2.Install LSO4.14
3.Install NMstate4.14 operator and create instance
4.Install ODF4.16 operator [odf-operator.v4.16.0-108.stable]
5.Install storagecluster via UI
6.On "create local volume set" page step:
Every few seconds the "create local volume set" page switches to "Discovering disks on all hosts"
