Description
Fedora Fails To Install
2024-06-12 11:21:06 UTC
The current primary blocker appears to be bug 2245642 for python-bottle. Problem 1: cannot install the best candidate for the job - nothing provides python(abi) = 3.12 needed by python3-bottle-0.12.25-6.fc40.noarch from fedora Problem 2: cannot install the best candidate for the job - nothing provides python(abi) = 3.12 needed by python3-testing.postgresql-1.3.0-19.fc40.noarch from fedora - nothing provides python3.12dist(testing-common-database) >= 1.1 needed by python3-testing.postgresql-1.3.0-19.fc40.noarch from fedora Now that Bottle is unblocked, this is *mostly* waiting for a successful Pydantic rebuild – plus python-sqlalchemy1.4, and somehow an indirect dependency on python-scramp. There exists a dependency chain: python-aws-sam-translator (-> python-testing.postgresql) -> python-pg8000 -> python-versioningit -> python-pydantic (???) -> python-scramp -> python-versioningit -> python-pydantic python-sqlalchemy1.4: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-sqlalchemy1.4/pull-request/1 Just waiting (indirectly) on Pydantic now, I think. Hello, Please note that this comment was generated automatically by https://pagure.io/releng/blob/main/f/scripts/ftbfs-fti/follow-policy.py If you feel that this output has mistakes, please open an issue at https://pagure.io/releng/ All subpackages of a package against which this bug was filled are now installable or removed from Fedora 41. Thanks for taking care of it! |
