I don't understand why this was filed against obs-cef. I don't see grpc-js anywhere in the source trees.

I'm assuming this was a very crude grep. There are a bunch of mentions of grpc-js in the code under examples and docs directories of third party packages and the docs website, but the package itself is not present not used in the CEF/Chromium codebase. Closing.
