Hello,

I was looking for the doxygen license for docs built with it and I noticed that in your SPEC you have:

# No version is specified.
License: GPL-1.0-or-later

However, https://www.doxygen.nl/license.html specifically says:

GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE

Version 2, June 1991

Copyright (C) 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA  02110-1301, USA

Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.

I haven't checked the source code itself to see if it's GPL-2.0-only or GPL-2.0-or-later but the current SPEC doesn't seem right.

It should be GPL-2.0-or-later according to the https://spdx.org/licenses/GPL-2.0-or-later.html
