This is a bug-fix release. But it reworked how CMake module is generated and introduced few bugs: https://github.com/libwbxml/libwbxml/pull/95, https://github.com/libwbxml/libwbxml/issues/96. Let's wait in a response from the upstream.

Actually https://github.com/libwbxml/libwbxml/issues/96 is not a problem for Fedora because we have all the dependencies there for pkgconfig files. Building for Rawhide now.

Update in stable Fedoras postponed until stabilizing a previous build.
