A vulnerability was found in the Linux kernel in the ioc_timer_fn() function, where a lack of proper controls allows for a cgroup with a hweight of 1 to donate, leaving themselves with a zero hweight after donation and causing a potential divide-by-zero error. This could lead to crashes.
