Please branch and build openscad in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain openscad in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package;
please add the epel-packagers-sig group through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/openscad/addgroup
and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.

I would also be happy to be a co-maintainer (FAS: jonathanspw).

I can be the primary contact for EPEL (FAS: jonathanspw).

openscad is quite stable, I am happy to maintain it in EPLE 9 as long as it builds fine with act+lib3mf.

I can deal with opencsg. Jonathan, could you please deal with the others?

Neither CGAL nor qscintilla is in RHEL 9.

CGAL-devel is in Bodhi.  I'm working on the others still.

opencsg would need to be compiled with qt5 and I have some trouble doing that. Will take a look tomorrow.
