Description Chris Adams 2024-06-29 17:27:29 UTC
ykman-gui does not detect a new Yubikey 5C NFC (w/firmware 5.7.1 if that matters). The CLI ykman sees it with no problem.

It looks like Yubico considers ykman-gui deprecated, but the newer yubico-authenticator is not packaged in Fedora. Trying their pre-compiled binary, it does see the key.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install yubikey-manager-qt
2. Insert key
3. Run ykman-gui
Actual Results:
Just says "Insert your YubiKey"

Expected Results:
Manage key

Same here. Duplicate of bug 2251082?

Comment 2 Jakub Jelen 2024-08-22 14:34:53 UTC
The fixes for the bug #2251082 were pushed and build. Closing this as duplicate. Sorry for a delay.
