A flaw was found in FFmpeg. A local attacker could exploit a negative-size-param bug within the `load_input_picture` function by providing specially crafted input. This vulnerability, identified as a buffer overflow, could lead to a denial of service, making the application unavailable, or potentially allow for arbitrary code execution, giving an attacker unauthorized control over the system.
