System logs:

/usr/lib/systemd/system/smokeping.service:12: Standard output type syslog is obsolete, automatically updating to journal. Please update your unit file, and consider removing the setting altogether.

Looks like 

StandardError should be:
StandardError=journal


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start smokeping
2. check journalctl -f or dmesg



Expected Results:  
No logs about application migration to systemd
