Can you please upgrade for F39, if possible.  This is causing issues
with picard.  Thanks much!

can't install picard:
  - nothing provides (python3.12dist(charset-normalizer) >= 3.3.2 with
python3.12dist(charset-normalizer) < 3.4) needed by picard-2.12.0-1.fc39.x86_64
