Cannot reproduce:

rpm -q vdr vdr-extrecmenung
vdr-2.6.7-1.fc40.x86_64
vdr-extrecmenung-2.0.12-2.fc40.x86_64

rpm -q --requires vdr-extrecmenung | grep vdr
config(vdr-extrecmenung) = 2.0.12-2.fc40
vdr(abi)(x86-64) = 2.6.7

rpm -q --provides vdr
config(vdr) = 2.6.7-1.fc40
vdr = 2.6.7-1.fc40
vdr(abi)(x86-64) = 2.6.7
vdr(x86-64) = 2.6.7-1.fc40

new version 2.0.12-3.fc40 is on the way related to vdr 2.6.8
