Package is installed to /usr/share/lua/5.3, lua looks inside lua/5.4.

Manually building the .spec and changing line 1 to `%global luaver 5.4` fixes the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install lua-moonscript
2. Try to build e.g. https://github.com/ekisu/mpv-webm
Actual Results:  
Crash.

Expected Results:  
Build succeeds.

Oh thanks! Sorry for not getting to this earlier

The spec really needs to be modernized since with the newer guidelines the Lua version gets autodetected at build time.
