Description of problem:

Create/Edit/Remove Sync policy group
Create/Remove flow
Create/Remove pipes

Steps to Reproduce:

Steps to Reproduce (1):
1. Go to RGW > multisite > sync-policy
2. click on create button, modal won't open.

Steps to Reproduce (2):
1. Go to RGW > Multisite
2. click on tabs, the URL will remain /rgw/multisite

Steps to Reproduce (3):
1. Go to RGW > Multisite
2. Create a new sync group policy
3. expand the row and create symmetrical sync flow or pipe by selecting only 2 or more zones
4. select the flow/pipe to edit it
5. select the zones to remove the previously selected zone and submit
6. The removed zone will be again showed even if API is success

Actual results:


Expected results:
1) should open modal for create/edit
2) should see /rgw/multisite/configuration & /rgw/multisite/sync-policy in URL, while navigating b/w tabs
3) Removed zones should not be shown again
