I've tried to rebuild seamonkey because it uses vmaf direct or indirect dependencies for some reason. (probably via 

Unfortunately it failed to build from sources in rawhide/f41

This is a known issue (packet_simd related). I plan to fix it in the upcoming 2.53.19 (several weeks to go).
