OBS Studio 30.2.1 is now available for general consumption. Flatpak does not have all the sources or work with all the plugins, so the package is required

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.check repos, note that version of obs-studio is 30.1.1
2.check github, note that version of obs-studio is 30.2.1
3.respectfully request the new version be packaged
Actual Results:  
obs-studio 30.1.1

Expected Results:  
obs-studio 30.2.1
