Description of problem:
[8.0][RHCS][Samba] Latest Downstream Squid Build Missing SMB Mgr Module.

Latest rhcs downstream build missing smb mgr module, as a result all the sanity and regression test-cases for smb failing

2. Enable smb mgr module
3. Deploy smb mgr service

Actual results:
smb mgr module command not working

Expected results:
User should able to deploy smb service using smb mgr module
