Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
pool owner added to the configuration of the pool in NooBaa DB to support remote OBCs creation (specifically to only allow the resource owner to delete a resource).

The upgrade script for the DB schema which is run during the upgrade to 4.17 is failing
