fcitx5-chewing failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f41

Please fix fcitx5-chewing at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
fcitx5-chewing will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 42,
fcitx5-chewing will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This was caused by a missing header from libchewing 0.9.0-rc.2
It's already fixed in 0.9.0-rc.3 so just need to rebuild against the new version.
