libunibreak failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f41

Please fix libunibreak at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
libunibreak will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 42,
libunibreak will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Compiling / running tests appears to be a bit flaky. I also saw:

/usr/bin/ld: warning: tests-tests.o has a section extending past end of file
/usr/bin/ld: error: tests-tests.o: ELF section name out of range

in a Koschei build recently. But the next scratch build succeeded again. Not sure what's going on and no time to investigate at the moment.

Since it also failed during mass rebuild, I triggered that again for rawhide/f42 and f41:
