Please fix rust-sequoia-sq at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
rust-sequoia-sq will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 42,
rust-sequoia-sq will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This is caused by test failures due to an expired cert.
Will be fixed either by backporting the upstream change that fixes this or when updating to the next version.
