rust-wl-clipboard-rs failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f41

Please fix rust-wl-clipboard-rs at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
rust-wl-clipboard-rs will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 42,
rust-wl-clipboard-rs will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This one looks like it's caused by the runaway-inlining-on-s390x-causes-OOM-bug in LLVM.

I'll try to add a workaround to make the package build until LLVM is fixed.
