.Applying an object bucket claim (OBC) no longer causes an error Previously, when attaching an OBC to a deployment using the OpenShift Web Console, the error `Address form errors to proceed` was shown even when there were no errors in the form. With this fix, the form validations have been changed, and there is no longer an error.

Description kelwhite 2024-08-03 01:39:27 UTC
Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
Im trying to add an OBC to a deployment. Im doing this via two methods:

1) In the OCP console, I choose Workloads -> Deployments -> <Deployment I want to add an OBC to> -> Actions -> Add storage. In the form view, no matter what I do, I get the same error when I try to attach an OBC to a deployment: Address form errors to proceed.
2) Following the documentation [1] to apply an OBC to a deployment I was able to attach an OBC to a deployment successfully.

My questions are:
1) How come the first method doesn't work
2) is the first method an expected result? If so, why and is this being worked on?

If way number 1 is expected to happen and is in fact a bug, we will also need to update the documentation [1] to reflect this :)
