Packaging is very simple here, so the review will be short too.

+ package name is appropriate
+ builds and installs OK
+ latest version
+ license is specified correctly (MPL-2.0)
+ license is acceptable for Fedora
+ %check is present and passes
+ standard python packaging template is used
