Please branch and build python-pyproject-api in epel10 or give me an ack to do it myself as a Python Packagers SIG member and/or provenpackager.

If you do not wish to maintain python-pyproject-api in epel10 I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS churchyard);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pyproject-api/adduser
