Day2 operation/Edit storage quota not updating quota at client side instead it just updates the storage consumer CR but same has to be reflected in CRQ quota at the client side

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect client with custom storage
2. Try to edit the quota
3. The quota in the CRQ resource is not updating on the client side.


Actual results:
Not updating CRQ resources in the client cluster

Expected results:
Should update CRQ resource with new value
