Robert has been on a coding spree and added a couple of nice features and squashed a bunch of bugs. The current version in EPEL is 8.7.32 and the latest upstream is 8.7.48. Despite only being 16 'minor' releases, some interesting features have been added:
- extensions are now part of the output of `ml --terse av` which is very helpful for EasyBuild
- multiple load hooks can now be registered

Could we update the Lmod version in EPEL 8 and 9 to the most recent version? I'm happy to help testing.
