Please branch and build abseil-cpp in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain abseil-cpp in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: --sig);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/abseil-cpp/adduser

I am happy to handle merging and building in EPEL10, and help maintain the branch, if you can request the branch. I don’t think I can do that as “committer.”

We should build 20240722.0 (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/abseil-cpp/pull-request/22, announced for Rawhide and F41 and scheduled to be merged 2024-08-25) as the initial EPEL10 release, not 20240116.2.
