More information about the service that created this bug can be found at: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Upstream_Release_Monitoring

Please keep in mind that with any upstream change, there may also be packaging changes that need to be made. Specifically, please remember that it is your responsibility to review the new version to ensure that the licensing is still correct and that no non-free or legally problematic items have been added upstream.

Comment 1 Miro HronĨok 2024-08-23 19:11:22 UTC
This is now on the Python CLasroom Lab so I'd rather have this version on the beta iso than shipping it after that only for final. Barely anything in Fedora (and nothing on live media) depends on it, so the risk is low.

Comment 2 Ben Beasley 2024-08-23 19:34:13 UTC
Ok, that seems reasonable. I followed up on the devel list with a revised plan to build this for F42 and F41 on 2024-08-25 or 2024-08-26 instead of waiting until 2024-08-30 (unless that plan proves controversial).
