Description of problem:

This bug is opened as a tracker for the issue raised by Fusion HCI team - https://github.ibm.com/ProjectAbell/abell-tracking/issues/40674

Description
------------

In order to fix git #40584, we need a native client to be created with
ocs-provider-server.<NS>.svc:50051

Currently its : ocs-provider-server:50051

As we already have .svc in cluster no-proxy list.
