Could you please branch and build perl-UNIVERSAL-isa for EPEL 10 ?

If you like you could add me (FAS: pghmcfc) as a committer to the package and I'll do it myself.

This is for Perl::Critic; I'm also going to need perl-Lingua-EN-Inflect and perl-Test-Object.

For Finance::Quote, I'm also going to need perl-OLE-Storage_Lite and (later) perl-Spreadsheet-WriteExcel.

perl-UNIVERSAL-isa-1.20171012-22.el10_0 has been pushed to the EPEL 10 stable repository.
