Please branch and build pytz in epel10.

Were you planning to build `pytz` in EPEL10? I know it’s semi-deprecated[1] in favor of standard-library functionality, and most packages could find a way to remove the dependency, but there are also still a lot of things that depend on it in practice.

For the packages I’m looking at right now, this is a “removable” test dependency, so this isn’t particularly high-priority.

I did verify that the Rawhide package does build as-is in EPEL10.
