In the Miracle configuration, XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP and XDG_SESSION_DESKTOP are both expected to be set to "mir:miracle", but neither are set in the live environment or the installed environment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot up Fedora Miracle
2. Open foot
3. Look at "env | grep XDG"
Actual Results:  
XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP and XDG_SESSION_DESKTOP are either unset or set with empty values

Expected Results:  
XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP and XDG_SESSION_DESKTOP are both set to "mir:miracle"
