"swaymsg" is missing in the spin, which makes some of the shell elements nonfunctional due to being unable to signal the compositor.

Either swaymsg needs to be broken out from sway or a reimplementation needs to exist for Miracle shell components to leverage.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot Fedora Miracle
2. Click on the logout option in the panel

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Logout happens

There are two parallel options to resolve this in place:

* break out swaymsg: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/sway/pull-request/16
* add miraclemsg: https://github.com/miracle-window-manager/miracle-wm/pull/224
