yes, this extra prefix is present only in 4.17

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check pod name of csi-addons-controller-manager.
2.

Actual results:
pod name looks like `csi-addons-csi-addons-controller-manager-68b44f65f-5cjdj`

Expected results:
csi-addons-controller-manager pod name should not have extra "csi-addons: prefix.
