Description of problem:

The situation in EPEL 10 is ths same as it was in EPEL 9, see bug #2036086.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

web-assets-5-22.el10.src.rpm is part of CentOS Stream 10 CRB, but the web-assets-devel rpm built from it is not published.

How reproducible:

Try to install web-assets-devel in Centos Stream 10

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mock --root centos-stream+epel-10-x86_64 --init
2. mock --root centos-stream+epel-10-x86_64 --install web-assets-devel

Actual results:

No match for argument: web-assets-devel

Expected results:

Similar to the CentOS Stream 9 + EPEL 9 result:

I pushed the sources to dist-git. Building fails for all EPEL10 packages because of <https://pagure.io/releng/issue/12305>.
