Please branch and build libdmtx in epel10

If you do not wish to maintain libdmtx in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS tdawson);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libdmtx/adduser

Troy, I have just added you as a co-maintainer, I am trying to run "fedpkg request-branch epel10", but it doesn't cooperate, it hangs ....
