There is an issue (https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/11501) that prevents trafficserver 9 from establishing outgoing HTTPS connections, rendering it unusable as a forward proxy. I loosely followed the issue, and it appears to be related to the newer version of OpenSSL 3.2+ and Trafficserver. The issue has been fixed in trafficserver 10. However, Fedora 41 still ships with trafficserver 9.2. Would it be possible to consider releasing Fedora 41 with trafficserver 10 (too late?!)? Currently, the last working version of trafficserver is in Fedora 39, which, as I understand, will reach EOL before Fedora 42 is released, potentially leaving users in a difficult situation.
