Could you please branch and build perl-HTML-TreeBuilder-LibXML for EPEL 10 ?

If you like you could add me (FAS: pghmcfc) as a committer to the package and I'll do it myself.

This is required for perl-Web-Scraper, which is also required by perl-HTML-TreeBuilder-LibXML. Hence, a bootstrap build of perl-HTML-TreeBuilder-LibXML without perl-Web-Scraper will be needed first.

perl-Web-Scraper is now available in the EPEL 10 buildroot so you can do a non-bootstrap build now.
