This needs python-pydantic-core-2.23.2 (latest is 2.23.3, but pydantic is tightly coupled with pydantic-core and pins exact versions).

That, in turn, needs rust-idna-1.0.1 or later.

pydantic-core 2.23.3 "needs" rust-serde_json 1.0.128, but https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-pydantic-core/pull-request/15 patches around it for now.
