Could you please branch and build libraqm for EPEL 10 ?
It is needed to build another package.

The current version of libraqm in rawhide is 0.8.0, which was released in 2021.  We may want to update to the latest version 0.10.1 from 2023 in rawhide first before branching this for epel10.  I've submitted a PR for that.
