Could you please branch and build imlib2 for EPEL 10 ?
It is needed to build another package.

I don't mind building and maintaining imlib2 for epel10, but it has two dependencies before it will build.
  libheif
  jpegxl

Were you planning on requesting these packages as well?  Or were you wanting me to do that?

It has been built.  But it isn't in the buildroot yet.
You might want to do this so you know when it is available.

koji wait-repo epel10.0-build --build imlib2-1.11.1-9.el10_0
