Could you please branch and build bdftopcf for EPEL 10 ?
It is needed to build another package.

The package currently fails to build because of a missing dependency that will _eventually_ be there: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2309121 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-57593. Once that package is available it'll be able to be built.
