Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

 404: Not Found message is briefly displayed for a few seconds when clicking on the ‘Enable Encryption’ checkbox during StorageClass creation.

This message is shown for few seconds then the encryption configuration is getting displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From UI click on storegeclass option on left Pane.
2. Click on 'create StorageClass' button.
3. Start filling the data.
4. click on 'Enable Encryption' checkbox.
5. for few seconds it display '404: Not Found' message then it disappeare and encryption configuration form is loaded.


Actual results:
When we click on the 'Enable Encryption' option it should display the encryption configuration form.


Expected results:

After clicking the 'Enable Encryption' option '404: Not Found' message is showing for few seconds.
