Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
the test test_must_gather[OTHERS] fails, showing that the noobaa diagnostics tarball is missing. This test does not have Failed executions on other type of platforms.

2. find . -name noobaa_diagnostics
3.


Actual results:
noobaa_diagnostics.tar.gz with its content are missing

Expected results:
noobaa_diagnostics.tar.gz collected
