Dashboard password reset page layout broken

Description of problem:

The password reset page layout for the initial login is broken on 8.0 builds.

19.1.1-39.el9cp


How reproducible:

1/1


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy an RHCS 8.0 cluster
2. Access the dashboard via the URL and enter the credentials
3. After entering the credentials, check the password reset page


Actual results:

Layout is broken for password reset page

Expected results:

Layout must be proper for the password reset page
